Contingent Worker/Consultant-AVP Credit Portfolio Management

DESCRIPTION

**This is a contingent/consulting assignment**

Responsibilities include
1) Compilation of reporting and detailed analytics for Credit Portfolio Management including scenario analysis, stress testing, efficient frontier analysis, Risk Based Pricing
2) Play key role in data aggregation, validation of compiled results and statistical analysis
3) Support Senior Analyst in searching / retrieving data from specifically identified sources
4) Manipulate and formalize information on ad hoc basis as instructed
5) Develop fluency in core tools and methods, including RiskMetrics Credit Manager, MS Excel, Query/Access, Business Objects reporting and data feeds
6) Strong desire to move ahead. Position requires learning tools & skills which are as transferable to other areas.

REQUIRED SKILLS

2+ years prior business experience
Advanced math skills
Four year degree (Business degree strongly recommended)
Strong analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects
Detail orientated and able to meet tight deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Good verbal and written communication skills
Results oriented with a positive “can do” attitude
