As a Senior Manager and leader at Trianz you will provide comprehensive management of a large, complex project (5+ consultants + client team) or multiple small projects with limited supervision – including scope, work plan, team management, delivery, budget, and client satisfaction / relationship. Additionally, they will lead corporate citizenship activities, including business development, performance management, and talent acquisition. Job Expectations •Partners with Trianz leadership and client to evaluate and recommend solutions for business needs •Organizes and directs delivery efforts as a project team lead •Defines and scopes complex, cross-functional business problems •Defines team requirements (size and skills) and leads team selection •Designs overall project work plan •Assigns, structures, and manages team deliverables to meet project schedule •Ensures deliverables meet quality expectations and deliver value to client •Effectively leads complex meetings with large groups and / or senior clients •Manages project risks to ensure successful project delivery •Primary day-to-day client management •Effectively communicates project status to client and Trianz leadership Basic Consultant Skills •Strong communication skills both written and verbal •Should be adaptable and be open to learning new skills •Hard working "do what it takes" attitude •Must be a team player •Provides leadership / mentoring as required to more junior members of the team •Builds skills to enhance individual and team performance •Strong analytical and quantitative skills Required Experience •8-10 years of professional consulting experience •Experience with former Big 4 or reputed specialized consulting firms is a must •Very strong program/project manager experience. At least 3-4 large full lifecycle packaged solutions implementations - Oracle Applications 12i solutions experience highly preferred •Communications and High Tech Industry consulting experience •Business process and solutions domain with Order to Cash on Oracle 12i will be a plus •Masters/MBA or equivalent experience preferred |
