As a Functional Lead Consultant with R12 expertise specifically with global process design for Fixed Assets you will provide subject matter expertise and leadership with minimal supervision – including scope, work plan, documenting requirements and actively participating in design, configuration and testing of Oracle's E-Business Suite. Job Expectations • Analyzes complex business system/functions • Identifies requirements and writes BRDs and/or functional specifications. Assist in converting functional specifications to technical specifications • Partners with Trianz leadership and client to evaluate business needs • Organizes and directs delivery efforts as a project team lead • Defines and scopes business problem • Defines team requirements (size and skills) and is involved in team selection • Prepares overall project work plan • Assigns, structures, and manages team deliverables to meet project schedule • Ensures deliverables meet quality expectations and deliver value to client • Effectively leads complex client meetings and presents project deliverables/status • Manages project risks to ensure successful project delivery • Primary day-to-day client management • Effectively communicates project status to client and Trianz leadership Basic Consultant Skills • Strong communication skills both written and verbal • Should be adaptable and be open to learning new skills • Hard working "do what it takes" attitude • Must be a team player • Provides leadership/mentoring as required to more junior members of the team • Builds skills to enhance individual and team performance • Masters/MBA or equivalent experience preferred • Strong analytical and quantitative skills Specific Skills Required • Well developed expertise with Oracle 12i Fixed Assets • Participated on large global transformation efforts (1+) in a process capacity • 7 + years professional working experience, Consultant background a plus • At least 3 full-life cycle Implementations lifecycle starting from requirement analysis, through process design and execution with Fixed Assets • Provides leadership/mentoring as required to more junior members of the team • Masters/MBA or equivalent experience preferred • Big 4 / Major consulting experience is preferred Trianz is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) |
