As an Inside Sales/Business Development Associate and leader at Trianz, you will focus on prospecting new business through direct telemarketing initiatives. As an Inside Sales Representative, you must be able to acquire new business, as well as gather an in-depth understanding of the needs of prospective clients. You will present products, services and solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, well-organized leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Expectations
•Partners with Trianz leadership and client to gain a strong understanding of the business
•Generate legitimate sales leads to produce a reliable database of customers
•Establish and maintain contact and rapport with key individuals
•Effectively communicates status to Trianz leadership
Job Requirements:
Basic Skills
•Strong communication skills both written and verbal
•Excellent phone etiquette
•2 years experience in business-to-business sales in a high-volume call environment
•Excellent time management in order to achieve productivity and efficiency
•Must have the desire to work in an environment where production is measured daily, weekly
•Must be prepared to make approximately 60-80 outbound calls daily
•Should be adaptable and be open to learning new skills
•Hard working "do what it takes" attitude
•Must be a team player
