SENIOR MANAGER

As a Senior Manager and leader at Trianz, you are responsible for the execution and delivery of a large engagement or multiple small projects with limited supervision. You will have the ability to define a roadmap, communicate an implementation plan, and ultimately lead a team through the assessment, design, build, and deploy phases of a project. You will also work with senior level client teams (typically vice president or C-level executives) to communicate complex information in a relevant, clear and concise manner. Additionally, you will lead corporate citizenship activities, including business development, performance management, and talent acquisition.


JOB EXPECTATIONS

•Lead engagement delivery, manage engagement risk, and hold full client and project management responsibilities.
•Project planning including scope definition, budgeting, define deliverable content, ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.
•Development of new client opportunities with both existing clients and prospective new clients.
•Develops relationships with top decision makers at key clients, organizes and leads pursuit teams, participating and leading aspects of the proposal development process.
•Provide leadership and manage work effort of managers and consultants on client engagements to ensure that the focus is correct and the work is accomplished on time, and meets or exceeds the highest quality standard
•Deliver effective written and oral communications to client stakeholders and leaders

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

•MBA or equivalent experience strongly preferred
•Strong Program Management background (Planning, Scoping, Budgeting, Staffing, Execution)
•Experience with Sales Operations and Service Business Management within the hi-tech industry is highly desirable
•7+ years related experience (Big 4 consulting experience strongly preferred)
•Well developed expertise in business process diagnosis and design, business analysis, customer and sales management, or finance operations
•Managed team size of at least 10 team members with cross-functional teams, multiple releases, rollouts.
•Politically savvy in dealing with conflicts and driving Executive level decisions.
•Problem solving skills based on analytical approaches
•Project management skills from project planning, to project execution ensuring quality of all work product and deliverables
•At least 5 years management experience in managing teams or individuals on a day-to-day basis
•Strong Skills and demonstrated experience in one or more desktop applications (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project, Access, etc.)
