MANAGER
In a leading role on a project team, a Manager will be managing small to medium-size engagements to implement solutions for a variety of challenging business issues across our clients organizations and industries. A Manager will own the day to day client interactions, while leading the project teams work through each step of the engagement. A Manager will have the opportunity to demonstrate their leadership skills while managing the Trianz team and client stakeholders. A Manager will play an integral part in project planning and execution and contribute to the development of project work product including organizational/process design, project management documentation, client presentations and final deliverables. A Manager will be responsible for team development including on project training and mentoring and performance management. As a leader within Trianz, a Manager contributes to client proposal development, other business development activities and internal initiatives.
JOB EXPECTATIONS
Excel in fast-paced and cross-functional environments Project planning including scope definition, risk assessment and key activities and timelines Project management capabilities including: meeting facilitation, client expectation management and periodic status updates and final deliverables presentations to client stakeholders Engage in day-to-day client management Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams and initiate team-based collaboration and problem solving Deliver effective written and oral communications to client stakeholders and leaders Oversee development and provide quality assurance for all work product and project deliverables which deliver high value to our clients Identify business development opportunities and participate in client proposals

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
MBA or equivalent experience strongly preferred 5-7 years related experience (Big 4 consulting experience strongly preferred) in high-tech industry. Well developed expertise in business process diagnosis and design, business analysis, or finance operations Functional expertise in at least 1 core area- customer and channels management, sales operations, service business management, finance operations, or supply chain Problem solving skills based on analytical approaches Project management skills from project planning, to project execution ensuring quality of all work product and deliverables At least 2 years management experience in managing teams or individuals on a day-to-day basis Strong Skills and demonstrated experience in one or more desktop applications (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project, Access, etc.)
