| “Escape the high cost of gas…Live where you work…Join Concord and skip the gas pump!” We offer rental discounts to all of our employees (Note: standard resident eligibility requirements apply) • 2 years supervisor experience • 2-5 years apartment or hotel maintenance experience required. • EPA certification required and CPO certification a plus. • Apartment make ready with experience repairing air conditioning units, plumbing, appliances, water heaters, electrical circuits, and pools required. • Great written and oral communication skills. • Excellent customer service skills. • Must be able to lift 50 lbs, perform repetitive stooping, bending and kneeling motions, and be able to climb a ladder to perform high reach duties. |

| Requirements: As a Service Manager (Maintenance Supervisor), you will be responsible for leading a maintenance team of 2 or more, respond to and complete service requests within a timely manner. You will also upkeep the grounds, repair dry wall, paint, caulk, and use a pressure washer. As well as repair/install air conditioners, refrigerators, stoves, ceiling fans, water heaters and other duties as assigned. Must be able work “on call” which may include nights and weekends as needed. |
