As a Service Technician (Maintenance Technician), you will be responsible, assisting the Service Manager with completing service requests within a timely manner. You will also upkeep the grounds, repair dry wall, paint, caulk, use a pressure washer and other duties as assigned. • 1 year apartment or hotel “make ready” maintenance experience required. • EPA certification and CPO certification a plus. • Excellent customer service skills. • Must be able to lift 50 lbs, perform repetitive stooping, bending and kneeling motions, and be able to climb a ladder to perform high reach duties. |
