POSITION: X-Ray Technician
FIELD SITE: Akobo, Jonglei State
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Setting up a reliable and safe place for functioning of a X-Ray machine
2. Activate X-Ray machine
3. Training local staff in using X-Ray machine at a safe manner
4. Training local staff in simple maintenance operations
5. Preparing requests for necessary input for using the machine
6. Training local staff to define and timely request necessary input
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. X-Ray technician
2. Experience in installing X-Ray machines, preferably in difficult conditions
3. Skilled organization
4. Interest in education and training
5. Flexibility and willingness to adjust to changing responsibilities or needs as they arise
6. Computer skills (Excel, Word), desirable, but not necessary
7. Not easily disheartened by frustration and delays
8. Teamwork skills and leadership
9. English a must, Arabic also preferred
