| Description: |
The OR1 Field Installation Technician will be a key member of an installation crew led by a “Lead”, managed by a Project Manager in the field on assignment, and dispatched by the Houston production facility to complete customer integrated system installations according to established Standard Operating Procedures. The OR1 Field Installation Technician will be based in Houston, TX and will report to the Manager of Field Installation until dispatched into team install assignments at various healthcare facilities throughout the United States. This role will also participate in a variety of internal production related responsibilities, and may be dispatched to address post-sale installation troubleshooting and service events or installation upgrades. Strong listening and communication skills will be required to interface with a variety of other employees and customers in the field. When not conducting an installation, this role will be involved in a variety of production related tasks in Houston to plan for future events. Initially, the Field Installation Technician will be trained and mentored by other employees so that process and protocol will remain compliant.
1) Planning responsibility: Plans for self and others and takes direction well from Leads, PMs and Management 2) Level of Accountability: Generally dependent with install crew lead providing ongoing instruction, direction and expectation-setting 3) Level of decision making: Wide variety of tasks 4) Has contact with: Inside and outside the co., other vendors and customers 5) Will coordinate and adhere to company compliance initiatives with Regulatory personnel 6) Will occasionally manage and oversee assembly and production process roles 7) Adherence to timelines and controlling documents for installation and production 8) Ensuring SOPs are followed 9) Ongoing communication with Engineering, Operations, Sales Support, Sales, staff 10) Will comply with operational efficiencies and workflow requirements

| Required Skills: |
1. A minimum education level of High School Graduation or Equivalent (ITT or DeVry preferred) 2. Minimum 2 years experience 3. Possesses exceptional organizational skills and customer centric mindset 4. Background and competency in electromechanical/audio/visual technology preferred
