Job Description:

Contributes design ideas, constraints, and trade-offs for analog portions of medical and industrial cameras. Develops and simulates low-noise analog front-end and timing circuitry from sensor interface to digitizer. Verifies simulations with lab bench test results. Will analyze and simulate the effects of worst-case tolerances to verify required performance and to ensure long-term reliable manufacturing yields. Interfaces with Product Development team for PWB layout, mechanical, thermal, quality, and manufacturing aspects of design. Performs sustaining analog engineering duties as required.

Shift: Monday-Thursday 10hrs/day or Monday-Friday 8hrs/day

Requirements:

• BSEE, with emphasis in Analog Design, or equivalent.


• 2+ years Analog/digital systems design and analysis experience required.


• Must have working knowledge of low noise sensor interface and electronics, high speed analog and digital circuits as well as circuit modeling and associated software tools.


• Must be able to understand/operate advanced test equipment.


• Experience with CCDs and FPGA interfaces preferred.


• Familiarity with Endoscopy a plus.
