The Patina Restaurant Group is currently looking for a Sous Chef for the Sea Grill located in Rockefeller Center. This one of a kind restaurant is a part of the Patina Restaurant Group and offers the type of opportunities, compensation, and benefits that you would expect of an industry leader.

Requirements…
•Minimum three years as a Sous Chef in a high volume, full service, fine dining restaurant. Preferably with seafood experience.

-2 to 4 years experience in a fine dining establishment
-Knowledge of Seafood
-Team player
-Flexible work schedule
-Able to work well under pressure and maintain professionalism
-Excellent communication skills
-Attention to detail
-Basic understanding of computer skills (Word, Excel)
-Knowledge of food products
-Bi lingual preferred
-Understanding of sanitation practices
-Able to help lead a staff
-Certificate or Degree in Culinary Arts a plus
