Opportunity - Assistant Restaurant Manager

Requirements…
• Minimum three years supervisory experience in a high volume, full service, fine dining restaurant.
• Impeccable service standards and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a non-stop, adrenaline pumping, high volume operation while maintaining your sense of humor and always appearing cool, calm, and collected.
• Professional polished appearance with the ability to exceed our guests’ expectations.
• Proven ability to lead others and positively influence employee behavior.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
